Blackwell Sales Group was founded by Brad Blackwell in February 2024 with a clear vision: partner with established and emerging manufacturers in the grocery and convenience store channel and guide them through a practical, execution-focused path to market.
What sets Blackwell Sales Group apart is an adaptable, hands-on approach. Rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all model, we work alongside manufacturers to strengthen readiness, refine positioning, and support the steps required to enter the market and perform once in it. The goal is not simply to create opportunity, but to support sustainable growth that holds up in real retail conditions.

Brad Blackwell brings nearly 30 years of Consumer Packaged Goods experience across marketing, direct selling, and management. As Owner and President of Blackwell Sales Group, he leads with a pragmatic, relationship-first style shaped by decades in the field and a clear understanding of what drives results in grocery and convenience.
